What is a 2-point retractable belt?
A two-point retractable seat belt has two anchorage positions, one on each side of the seat belt. The retractor side of the seat belt self winds when not in use, offering a convenient way to keep the safety belt protected and out of the way. 2-Point retractable belts use an Automatic Locking Retractor (ALR) to provide additional safety by self-tightening the belt around the passenger's waist, so you do not have to adjust the belt to the size of each passenger. Check with your local DMV for seat belt requirements.
