Retractable Lap Belt (ELR)

What is a 2-point retractable belt?
A two-point retractable seat belt has two anchorage positions, one on each side of the seat belt. The retractor side of the seat belt self winds when not in use, offering a convenient way to keep the safety belt protected and out of the way. Some 2-Point retractable belts use an Automatic Locking Retractor (ALR) which self-tighten the belt around the passenger's waist, so you do not have to adjust the belt to the size of each passenger. Others use an Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR) which offer more comfort.
